Hi, and welcome to My Judo!
I’m Will, just another person who fell in love with Judo—and everything it teaches beyond just throws and techniques. For me, training started as a personal challenge to work on something consistently, and to stay active, but it quickly became something more. I’ve now been training Judo for 3 years, and in that time Judo has challenged my body, sharpened my mind, and constantly reminded me how much room there is to grow.
I created this blog to share that journey. I’m not a world champion or a sensei, I’m just someone who’s learning, improving, and exploring what Judo can teach about discipline, resilience, and self-improvement.
Here, you’ll find:
– Training tips and lessons I pick up along the way
– Reflections on mindset and person growth through martial arts
– Resources and insights for anyone interested in Judo
Whether you’re a fellow Judoka, someone thinking of stepping onto the tatami for the first time, or just curious about the philosophy behind the sport, I hope you’ll find something here that inspires you.
Thanks for stopping by—I’d love to hear your thoughts!

See you on the mat,
Will
